Carratelli Real Estate, with its two brands-Fine Italian Realty, dedicated to mid- to high-end properties between Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio, and Luxury Homes, dedicated to prestigious properties in Italy’s most beautiful locations-was born out of Gabriele Carratelli’s love for unique homes and objects.
For years Gabriele has been collecting, curating and presenting luxury real estate in the most exclusive locations to the most select clients in five offices in the country – Rome, Florence, Montepulciano, Pienza and Cetona – and two offices abroad – New York and Moscow.

Carratelli Engineering follows all phases of the renovation work, from design to the completion of bureaucratic paperwork, from site management to supplier selection, to assistance in the selection of materials for a turnkey service
