The wine is visibly limpid, brilliant, an intense ruby red color, with reflections of garnet.
Bouquet
Intense, persistent, full and ethereal, revealing the aromas of spices, forest floor, small red fruit and rich perfumed roses.
TASTE
The wine is elegant, harmonious, with long aromatic persistence, balanced tannins and well rounded, with a dry and persistent finish.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
18° C. It is advisable to uncork the bottle at least 2 — 3 hours before serving. The wine benefits from being decantered in order to aeriate the wine. Serve in crystal balloon glasses.
FOOD ACCOMPANIMENT
Red meats, game, mushroom and truffle dishes, aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano and Tuscan Pecorino. An excellent wine for meditation.

Small fresh fruits and soft morello cherry.

The wine is harmoniously dry, vigorous and fresh with good aromatic persistence. The wine is ready to drink, particularly appealing.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
18°C. Uncork the bottle at least 1 — 2 hours before serving. It is best served decantered in order to aeriate the wine. Serve in crystal balloon glasses.
FOOD ACCOMPANIMENT
A wine to drink with mid structured dishes, among them: pasta with meat sauce, chicken, mushroom and truffle, risotto, and with main dishes of pork or veal. It pairs well with aged Tuscan pecorino cheese.

The Fattoi company is located south of the municipality of Montalcino, in one of the most beautiful valleys, where the Ombrone and Orcia rivers meet. The position of the vineyards, influenced by the winds coming from the sea, allows an optimal ripening of the grapes, which allows us to produce 20,000 bottles of Brunello di Montalcino D.O.C.G. of rare typicality and fullness and 25,000 of Rosso di Montalcino D.O.C.
It is in this land that Sangiovese, grown on the spurred cordon, finds one of its greatest expressions.
